Every Bluebonnet floor starts with mechanical diamond grinding. We don't acid-etch or pressure-wash and hope. We open the concrete's pores so the epoxy base coat bonds at a molecular level. Dust suppression keeps your garage clean while we work.
Next come the repairs. Cracks get routed and filled, spalls are rebuilt, and low spots are leveled. We check the slab for moisture before coating, because a wet slab is the single most common reason coatings fail. Only then, prep complete, do we open the first can of base coat.
