Pricing
Straight answers on what a floor costs.
Most companies make you call before they'll say a number. Here's ours.
Typical two-car garage
That's the number most of our garage projects land on. Smaller spaces and single-car garages start at $1,400, which is our project minimum.
Every project includes
- Mechanical diamond-grind prep
- Crack and spall fill
- Colored epoxy base coat
- Decorative flake broadcast in your color
- UV-stable clear polyaspartic topcoat
- Written quote before any work begins
What moves the price
Square footage
The biggest driver. A one-car garage costs less than a three-car, and a patio is priced the same way.
Condition of the concrete
Heavy pitting, spalling, or an old coating that has to come off adds prep time.
Flake style
Our standard blends are included. Custom blends built to your request are available at additional cost.
Stem walls and steps
Coating up the stem wall or onto steps adds surface area and edge work.
Questions
Pricing, answered.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. We come out, measure, look at the concrete, and give you a written price. No obligation.
Why not just publish a per-square-foot rate?
Because two garages the same size can be in very different shape. The written estimate is the real number, and it doesn't change once you have it.
Do you fix floors someone else coated?
We focus on new installs over bare or lightly worn concrete. If an old coating is failing, tell us what's there and we'll let you know if it's a fit.
Is the price per square foot?
We quote by the project, not per square foot, because two garages the same size can be in very different condition. Square footage is still the biggest driver of the number.
Does the 10% discount apply to any project?
Yes. Active military, veterans, and first responders receive 10% off any garage, patio, or shop floor. Mention it when you call.
Prices shown are typical ranges for standard-condition concrete. Your written estimate is the final number and is confirmed before any work begins.
