Before & After
What a Bluebonnet floor looks like.

Our Process
Five steps. No shortcuts.
Every floor gets the same careful prep, quality materials, and attention to the details that make it last.
Prep
We diamond-grind the concrete to open the pores and remove every stain, coating, and imperfection — with dust suppression.
Repair
Cracks, spalls, and pitting are filled and leveled so the finished floor is seamless and structurally sound.
Base Coat
A moisture-tolerant colored epoxy base coat bonds directly to the concrete for a quality foundation.
Flake
Your chosen decorative flakes are broadcast to full refusal for a textured, slip-resistant, custom finish.
Topcoat
A UV-stable clear polyaspartic topcoat locks the flakes in and delivers a high-gloss sheen.

Garage floor coatings for Magnolia homes
Magnolia has grown fast along FM 1488 and FM 1774, and most of that growth is newer construction: subdivisions like Magnolia West, Westwood, Mostyn Manor, High Meadow Ranch, and the neighborhoods filling in toward Pinehurst and the Woodlands Parkway extension. Newer homes mean newer slabs, and newer slabs in Montgomery County clay mean moisture moving up through the concrete for years. That is the single biggest reason DIY epoxy kits fail here. Our system uses a moisture-tolerant epoxy base coat over a diamond-ground slab, which is built for exactly that condition.
A typical two-car garage in Magnolia runs about $2,400 with our full flake-and-polyaspartic system. We bring sample chips to every estimate so you can pick a blend in your own garage.
Patios, porches, and shops on Magnolia acreage
West of 1774 and out toward Todd Mission and Plantersville, Magnolia is still acreage: metal buildings, detached shops, barndominiums, and big covered porches. Those are some of our favorite projects. A flake floor turns a bare shop slab into a workspace you can actually find a dropped bolt on, and a coated back porch stops soaking up every rain and every spilled drink. See our patio coatings and shop and commercial floors pages for the details.
Why local matters for a floor coating
A coating company from across the metro will quote you, coat you, and be gone. If something is wrong six months later, you are chasing a phone number. We live here. Our three promises are that we show up when we say we will, we do the prep right, and we stand behind the floor. In a town this size, that is the only way to stay in business.
We also work around Magnolia's realities. We know which subdivisions have HOA rules about work vehicles, where the Saturday traffic on 1488 is, and that a west-facing garage door in August needs a UV-stable topcoat. None of that shows up in a national franchise's playbook.
